Returns & Refunds

All ATELVANE products are made to order. Please contact us at contact@atelvane.com before attempting to return any item. Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from us first.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. If the claim is approved, we may offer a free replacement or a refund.

Lost packages
If your package has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the shipment.

Wrong size, color, or change of mind
Because our products are made specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds when a customer chooses the wrong size or color or simply changes their mind, except where required by applicable law. Please review product details and size information carefully before ordering.

Incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.

Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
